How long does it take to receive a custom-built rod?
Each custom rod is handcrafted to your specifications. Typically, custom orders are completed and shipped within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the build and current seasonal demand.
What is your return policy for apparel and tackle?
We accept returns on unworn apparel with original tags and unopened tackle within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-built rods are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
